Dr Kovač works only with children. The first visit is a meet and greet: the child sits in the chair, presses the buttons and sees the little mirror — no drilling.

Come after nursery or school, when the child isn't hungry
Don't promise "it won't hurt" — say the doctor will count their teeth
A parent is always in the room
After every visit the child gets a certificate for bravery.
